These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HuntingAlice (the “Service”), operated by HuntingAlice (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

  • “Workspace” means a logical tenant associated with an Account.

  • “Content” means text, data, summaries, URLs, and other materials generated, uploaded, or stored through the Service.

  • “Credits” means usage units consumed when running certain features of the Service.

  • “Third-Party Services” means external platforms, websites, APIs, or services not operated by us.


2. The Service

HuntingAlice is a B2B research and prospecting assistant that helps users discover relevant public links and generate research summaries for internal sales and business research purposes.

The Service does not:

  • Scrape or extract protected data from third-party platforms

  • Bypass access controls, paywalls, or login requirements

  • Automate social media engagement or outreach actions


3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have authority to bind your organization (if using the Service on behalf of an entity)

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes


4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activities that occur under your Account

  • Ensuring information you provide is accurate and up to date

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Access or attempt to access restricted, private, or non-public third-party data

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from websites in violation of their terms

  • Automate or simulate social media engagement (likes, follows, comments, views, reviews)

  • Send spam, phishing, or deceptive communications

  • Harass, abuse, or harm individuals or organizations

  • Build shadow profiles or sensitive personal data collections

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these rules.


6. User Content & Data

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of Content you provide to the Service.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have a lawful basis to process personal data

  • Using outputs in compliance with applicable laws (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM)


7. Credits & Usage

7.1 Credits

Certain features consume Credits. Credit requirements are disclosed in the Service interface.

Credits:

  • May be granted as part of a plan, trial, or promotion

  • May be purchased separately

  • Are non-refundable unless required by law

7.2 Enforcement

If you do not have sufficient Credits:

  • Certain features may be unavailable

  • Background jobs or agents may not run


8. Subscriptions & Billing

8.1 Plans

We may offer free, credit-based, and paid subscription plans with different limits and features.

8.2 Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.

8.3 Changes

We may modify pricing, plans, or features with reasonable notice.


9. Third-Party Services

The Service may reference or link to Third-Party Services.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • Third-party content or availability

  • Third-party terms or policies

Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their own terms.


10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by us, including:

  • Software, code, and algorithms

  • Trademarks and branding

  • Documentation and design

You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.


11. Suspension & Termination

  • NON-INFRINGEMENT

  • ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF RESULTS

Research outputs are assistive and should be independently verified.


14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
